Editing:
During editing, I wanted to emphasize the complementary colors, so I enhanced the blues and oranges using Lightroom Classic’s color mixer and color grading tools. I slightly increased the exposure to keep the focus on the man’s silhouette rather than the details of his appearance. I also added a subtle vignette to help draw the viewer’s eye toward the center of the image.

Analysis:
The tone of the photo is something like a calm break in a chaotic moment, as the warm lights which create a sense of calm but we see the darker and more blue outside world behind him ready to continue on. The colors are continued throughout the photo in the red-orange of the lights reflecting onto the blue, and the text and number of glasses in the photo help cue in the viewer that this is taken in a restaurant. The texture in the window and the warping of the light in the man's glasses and in the cups creates visual interest. The man is perfectly placed on one of the "thirds" lines of the photo, which is balanced by the busyness in the repetition of the cups and the reflection in the mirror to the far right of the photo.
